It is extremely important to read and accept these terms and conditions, because once our services are confirmed these take effect.
This Web site, including its contents, design and images, are the property of Criand SNC. For this reason nothing that is contained in the same can be modified, published, transferred, reproduced or sold without the corresponding permission authorized by Criand SNC.
All the published prices that appear are in US Dollars (North American dollars). Criand SNC reserves the right to make changes in the published prices in the site without previous warning or to apply taxes established by the different organizations. In the case of price changes, they will only be applicable to reservations made after the date of modification.
The payment for the service that is requested must be in the form that is indicated in the electronic mail of confirmation sent by Criand SNC and will be considered valid only when the corresponding confirmation is received from the bank. In case of violation of any of these aspects Criand SNC has the right to cancel the requested service and to apply the corresponding penalties.

In the case of cancellation, you must notify us in order to receive a reimbursement, Criand reserve the right to apply a cancellation charge which varies between 3% and 15% of the payment of the requested services, depending on the number of days advance notice with respect to the days of benefit of such.
Criand SNC does not take responsibility for changes caused by natural disasters (earthquakes, hurricanes, etc.) wars or military or nuclear threats, terrorist activities, landslides, civil protests or manifestations, fires, epidemics, health risks, governmental norms or measures, purely technical problems with the transport, closed or congested airports or other factor that are not in our hands. For the foregoing we will not accept any type of claim.
Criand SNC takes responsibility for the veracity to the clients of the information that is requested from them, however does not take responsibility for any problem that could be caused by the falsification of the data provided at the time of the request for the services.
Criand reserves the right to solve in the most advisable form any problem that occurs and was not previously anticipated. |
